FAQs
Can you also grill the sausages in a Ninja Foodi?
Yes, you can use the Ninja Foodi Grill or Indoor Grill to get that grilled texture. Preheat the grill to high, then cook the sausages for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally.
How do I prevent the sausages from drying out?
By pressure cooking first, you seal in the juices. Just be cautious not to overcook during the air crisping phase. In general, the best way to prevent sausages from drying out is to not overcook them. This is why we highly recommend an inexpensive digital meat thermometer.
Can I use other types of sausages?
Absolutely. You can use bratwurst, kielbasa, or any sausage of your preference. The cooking times may vary slightly, so keep an eye on them.
