Ninja Foodi Sausage (Air Fryer, Grill, or Pressure Cooker)

Instructions
Pressure Cook then Air Crisp
Add the cup of chicken broth to the bottom of the Ninja Foodi pressure cooker. Insert the rack.
Place the uncooked raw Italian sausages on top of the rack.
Secure the Ninja Foodi pressure cooker lid onto the pot. Make sure the valve is set to Seal. Pressure cook the sausage on High for 5 minutes. Turn off the pot, turn the valve to Vent, and do a quick release of the remaining pressure.
Once the pin drops, remove the pressure cooker lid.
Pour out the liquid in the bottom of the pot, this is a necessary step to make sure your sausages brown under the air fryer Air Crisp setting.
Set the air fryer to 370 F for 10 minutes and press the Air Crisp button.
After 5 minutes of cook time, turn the sausages over and cook them for an additional 5+ minutes, or until the internal temperature of the sausages reaches 165 F with a digital meat thermometer or they're browned to your liking.
Ninja Foodi Sausage Air Fryer Recipe
Insert the air fryer rack in the bottom of the Ninja Foodi pot. Add the sausage.
Set the air fryer to 370 F for 12 minutes and press the Air Crisp button.
After 6 minutes, flip the bratwurst over and continue cooking them for an additional 6-8 minutes until they're browned to your liking and at least 165 F when checked with a digital meat thermometer.
Ninja Foodi Grill Sausage
Preheat your Ninja Foodi Grill and use the grill grate insert for cooking.
Add the sausages and cook them for for 10 minutes. Flip them over and continue cooking until browned or the internal temperature when checked with a meat thermometer is over 165 F.
Notes
Any standard size raw bratwurst will work, as will a variety of flavors like regular, cheddar, beer brats, etc.If you have the larger meat counter raw brats the cooking time will take longer, the time for that size has not been tested for this recipe. Best guess is to add 1-2 minutes to the pressure cooking time.If you don't want to use beer, chicken broth, water, or apple juice make good substitutes.Feel free to add sliced onions, cabbage, or sauerkraut to the pot and to make this a one dish meal.The recipe can be doubled if desired and it won't change the cooking time as long as the brats are still in a single layer on the pot.
